It’s very imperative for you as a client to know everything about our financial transactions. Consequently, we hereby postulate the conditions under which you’ll be entitled to refunding of your payment in case of any possible occurrence as well as the conditions under which your payment will not be reclaimable.
(1). If after placing an order, a client failed to show up at the designated airport, hotel, or any of the pickup point, all the payment made by the client will NOT be refundable. We therefore advise our clients choose the most convenient time and designation whenever booking an appointment with us.
(2). If a client cancelled his/her booking within 48 hours of placing an order, all their money will be refunded back to him/her.
(3). If a client cancelled his/her booking within 24 hours of placing an order, only 50% of all the payment he/she made will be refundable to him/her. The other 50% will go to our company.
